Second column widthEdit

The 300pt column width spec doesn't seem to be working the way I suspect the original creator wanted. Things like cooking pies (e.g., Wild pie) with lots of instructions look far too squashed to the left. It might be worth taking off the 50% table width specification, too, at some point, but the 300pt is the worst offender. I think that the intent is to specify a minimum default width for when every cell on the right is empty, so that's what I'm changing. (Also, in that case, 100pt is plenty.) I'll cruise around some pages that use the template to make sure I haven't whacked them. Otherwise, I don't intend to be back to this talk page.
