Tegid is a druid washing dirty laundry in the lake in Taverley. He plays a small role in the Eadgar's Ruse quest and the Mourning's Ends Part 1 quest, during which the player steals his soap.

- Before the HighDetail update, this NPC looked like if he was "fishing with a shirt", as it used the same animation for net fishing
- Tergid may be a reference to the King Arthur Legend - the lake in which he washes the clothes is Lake Crystalmere, the home of the Lady of the Lake, who has strong ties with the legend. When Arthur rides to his final confontration leading to his death, he iconically sees an elf washing blood-stained clothes.
