A Tankard is the Fremennik equivalent of a beer glass, though players cannot make them.
Players can buy a tankard of beer from Thora the Barkeep in the Rellekka longhall for 26 coins. Drinking the tankard of beer leaves an empty tankard, and causes the usual beer effects to players. Just with Beer glasses, if a player uses a tankard on a barrel with a tap on it, and the examine info says "Its got ale in it", you will get free beer.
There is also a tankard respawn point in the longhall.
In contrast to listed before, the tankard can't be sold at grand exchange.
