It is also worth noting that it's the second strongest weapon, behind the Chaotic Staff that players with level 1 Attack and Strength can wield. Due to the price of this staff and the 65 prayer needed, players with low combat levels more commonly use the Dwarven army axe, Red topaz machete,Slayer Staff, Runecrafting staff or Talisman staff.

This text could imply that a player with 1 Attack and strength could use a Dwarvern army axe, when infact is always gives controleld experience.

The market volume on this item is very low and any 'street' pricing is more subjective and manipulative than helpful.
