I think the reason why it doesnt make the "slightest dent" in his health bar is because he really didnt die. His hp wasnt really affected. Jagex simply wrote a piece of code that displayed his hp when he got hit, and then he was put into the "death animation", thus preventing him from fighting during the battle.

Drunken Dwarf?? Edit

Yes you do see him KOed by the wise old man.

Boost not possible Edit

Why does the guide say that boosts aren't possible to be used for the quest? I did it at level 62 magic... I just used a boost to enter the magic guild... Quest point cape detail Bruxacosmica Talk-HighsBlue soul wars cape 00:55, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Spirit KyattEdit

Hey I summoned a spirit kyatt at the beginning of the quest to have easy teleports to the colony. When i was doing the part where i get the skeleton mages from the MM, I noticed the kyatt wasnt following me around, and more interestingly, it's timer wasn't going down (frozen at 24:30). After the quest, i called it, and it came back to me totally normally. But it's timer still wasn't going down. Obviously it's a glitch, but is it consistent or just a freak occurence? (after i logged out and back in again, it started going down normally again) - arkenemyste7

It's not a freak occurrence, nor does it seem to be 100% consistent. I had it happen to me during the quest, too, but the timer started going again some time after the quest ended. (Different familiar, an obsidian golem.) It has also happened to me (more than half the time? I'm not sure) when exiting the Phoenix's Lair D&D. I entered it as a bug report some time back (concerning the Phoenix's Lair), and nothing seemed to happen, so maybe it is time to report it again. JalYt-Mej-Wynde 13:49, April 28, 2010 (UTC)

Bug? Edit

When Im at the part of the first troll attack, where the 7 lvl 79 trolls SHOULD spawn, only 3 do and i've waited for over 5 minutes and nothing comes! Is this a bug?
