Strongest?

There is a statement "They also happen to be the strongest of the dwarven race." that was added by an anon, who also added a bit of spam. I'm not sure what "They also happen to be the strongest of the dwarven race" is supposed to mean, since they aren't the highest level of the ancestors, don't have the highest max hit, etc. Is this something that is said in dialogue by one of the dwarves, or is it just another bit of spam?
