Backpack gives prismatic lamps!

I had my Illumination aura activated and use using a portable forge while using the Skilling backpack. Suddenly, I got a small prismatic lamp, and yellow text in the chat window said, "Your skilling backpack provides you with a small prismatic lamp. It has been added to your inventory."

This is an effect not originally discussed in the description for this item. I just wonder if it gives lamps ONLY if using an xp boost such as an aura, or if it's a normal effect.

EDIT: Oh, I see in the description for the 10% threshold, it says "...and skilling rewards." Okay, so that would be the things like prismatic lamps. Okay. Moldrum (talk) 13:06, July 19, 2016 (UTC)

Silverhawk feathers?

Is it possible to get Silverhawk feathers from the skilling backpack?
