Why did you ask the same question three times...? Anyway, in regards to your question(s), you have to pay him eventually or he'll quit being your servant and head back to the Servants' Guild in Ardougne. There is no way to make him work for free unless someone's found a glitch that allows you to avoid paying him, but since bug abuse is a bannable offense, you'd be better off not trying to get out of paying his modest fee. I think the question is about the table which indicates the player can refuse to pay on the 7th trip and still have the servant remain in employment. I'm finding he does 8 trips, then asks for payment and won't do anything else until I pay him. Maybe it's been updated? Stewbasic 22:54, August 12, 2010 (UTC)

I am having the same findings, the servant only asks for money the 8th time and refuses to work until he gets paid. The table suggests that he would work more without getting paid, and also, that you can pay him before he asks, which is not the case. - Oldarney, June 4th
