Some news[]
Well, the article says members can get 6 items from the box... I had the Sandwich Lady random and her box had like 8 items.. I've found 3 grimy snapdragon, genie lamp and 37 pure essences plus other less valuable items. When I have been teleported to the room, I've unlocked the track "Snack Attack". The article also says ftp players can only choose from 4 items in the random event box, i was on an ftp world and was able to choose 1 of 6 items from my box
Prize based on total skill level[]
I think it might be odd to list the rewards in a list because they are apparently based on your total skill level. It might be misleading if it's just a large list. Not sure how to rectify this though. Dgtns 22:53, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
- I just got a box myself, checked my total level (2157) and the coins given (719). The coins given are exactly one-third of my total level (Coincidentally it is currently divisible by 3 so I don't know if it would normally round up or down). Is this something that is the case for all players? If so it puts doubt on the maximum coins listed as 2k+, as the highest total level is 2,376 meaning the maximum coins available would be 792.

I'm F2P with 1243 total. I've gotten to choose between 11 items, so the 4 items F2P restriction is incorrect.

- I second the unsigned comment. I'm F2P and just got 9 choices from a gift box from the beekeeper random event. It may just be the gift boxes that are former frog tokens that only have 4 choices Iplayrs 01:09, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
I just got an idea: is it possible that rewards are based on only total level and not membership status? The perceived association could just be because members tend to have higher total levels. 70.17.8.109 19:30, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
- Perhaps, but my total level is 1788, and I only got 3 more rewards? Perhaps 14 is the cap though, who knows. I'm sure we'll uncover more the longer the changes are out. Karlis (talk) (contribs)

Are the rewards necessary?[]
I was just thinking, since there's obviously going to be alot more rewards added into the article, is it really necessary to put them all in? Or somehow make the list smaller? I'm just trying to prevent a massive page full of rewards.

Mystery Box[]
I get the feeling that some of the items were from the mystery box rather then the random event box. i mean the Tooth half of a key, Loop half of a key, Bucket, Uncut gems, Mithril scimitar, Steel platebody, Old boot and Gems (Cut). GE pricing?[]
was bored today so i decided to alphabetize most of the sections to make it look a bit neater, i was wondering, would it be handy is the ge prices there so people can see what is worth the most and choose the according reward (without them having to search through the ge and use calculators to find out each and every individual price) i am willing to do it if its goina be of use to anyone. ~~timwac~~

Half Keys[]
I think the Half Keys should be listed in the 'gems' section. As I got both halves today, from separate events. When I chose them, they were in the 'gems' section to be chosen.
No More Exp Lamps[]
NO MORE EXP FROM THESE BOXES ANYMORE. This is based on 1 box from sandwich lady no choice of exp lamp.
I have 15 of these in my bank yet i never banked frog tokens. The reason for this is because back in the day a random price was gives in these boxes and you were able to bank them. So frog tokens aren't the only way you can have these in your bank.184.33.255.165 21:01, July 9, 2012 (UTC) A Trapt
