Summoning isn't really all that expensive because you can sell the pouches, so you don't lose as much money. Not too sure about Construction though. C.Chiam^Talk 04:14, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

Are you sure you have to be a member to get it; I mean if you are a free player and you have 99 prayer can't you buy a cape from Brother Jared

I would think that Herblore would be the most expensive skill, unless you gathered all of the items. Which would be highly unlikely.

I would agree, I want this to be mems also, But you have to be members to buy one, or some of the other ones should be non-members either. I wish it was..

I think that Construction is the most expensive skill in Rs. You have to buy a whole bunch of stuff just so you can get 99 Construction.

I agree that the Prayer Skillcape isn't the most expensive anymore, and to be honest can be completely free if you use Pest control or Soul Wars to train it, albeit slower. And also, you """CANNOT BUY ANY SKILLCAPES IN FREE TO PLAY"""" even though you """CAN WEAR THEM IN FREE TO PLAY, WITHOUT BONUSES""".
