Unlimited Elemental Runes Excl. Air

After unlocking the 3rd upgrade via the oddments store, looks like only the 70 and 75 versions of the staff have this upgrade. Just a note as it wasn't obvious to me. --Silverwilver (talk) 01:21, August 11, 2018 (UTC)
