Is the Saradominist Conspirator Aeonisig Raispher?

Just take a look at the Saradominist one carefully, then go look at Aeonisig Raispher. Notice something... similar to them?

This may be speculation, but this is probably 99.99% true because given the conversations with him about the conspirators, he gets shifty as if he knows something.

Even if it's pure speculation, it's probably secretly confirmed at Jagex studios.
