Justice

The guards originally served to protect players who were being PKed. Now their only purpose is to die. Heck, even Jagex joke about this in Garden of Tranquility Template:Signatures/Ciphrius Kane 15:06, August 19, 2013 (UTC)

Revised

1)Combat level recommendation of 60+ seems a little high, I had no trouble killing the guards as fast as they could spawn on my lvl 50 account

2) Falador (Near the entrance) is far superior to Varrock (assuming no competition), 6 guards spawn near the gate with three more just inside the city. Furthermore, the guards are lower level, which makes killing them easier for a lvl 40ish account (Reduces XP/hour though, but 15,000 xp/hr isn't a lot anyway). Falador bank is also close by, and there is an altar if you want to use prayers.
