Went to the stronghold today, you do not need to do the exam, you can just go, look for the chest, and get the rewards there.

"Other small changes concern the Strongholds of Security and of Player Safety, where only those in need of information will be quizzed," so, yea, it sounds like you need a warning from Jagex or somthing now to need to be quizzed... Corhen ^talk 22:30, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
