Conditions?

What are the conditions for this bottle? Judging by the previous two (Christmas Island and Monkey Island) leads me to assume this one could only be found on the tenth of the month? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Salix of Prifddinas ^(Talk) 02:21, October 8, 2016 (UTC)
