From Apprentice to High Druid

It looks like he's the druid who says, at the beggining of the quest, that he has just completed his apprenticeship! He got promoted to High Druid pretty fast!

In the very first dialogue with him, he says "I've only just finished my apprenticeship. I just happened to be speaking to Kaqemeex when Death arrived."
