How can I recharge my summoning points when killing at clanwars?

You can either go to the mini obelisk in-between Edgeville and Varrock or maybe go into the Clan war's "Free-for-all (Safe)" and be killed if people are there which would regain you summon points and not lose anything (be careful not to enter the dangerous free-for-all portal instead). Um..you can access the Forinthry dungeon in level 17 wilderness,and it's safer if you jump to another world where there aren't any pkers.(e.g quick chat worlds) but if you are lucky,they may be there. :)
