Skiller friendly method[]
So, it's possible to kill this thing to get to canfis and still gain 0 combat XP. It requires a ring of recoil and an inventory of food. Notes:
- The battle takes place in a different instance of the temple, so even if you bring your main there, the skiller won't be visible/there
- Use trout or some cheap food; multi-bite foods like pizzas heal only 125 per bite at 10 hp
- Make sure to do 0 damage or else you get xp; use brews or something if worried to reduce attack/str to 0
- 1 ring of recoil should work; every hit seems to reflect 10 damage for this, even if it hits a 1.
I did this on 2 different alts, so it's not some one time oddity that I gained 0 xp. Also, you must at least punch the ghoul once; failing to do so will not count its death as "killed" and you have to leave and try again.
