The actual closest furnace is Neitiznot, there's a one-click bank and no doors to open. Syugecin^spam 14:50, 18 July 2008 (UTC)

Furnace closest to bank

Either Neitiznot or Edgeville. Edgeville has a better bank (you can collect from G.E.) while Neitiznot has a non collect bank (closest collect bank in Jatizso). Neitiznot has a furnace that is outside (wow no doors at all!) and the bank is always open. Edgeville however, it's bank doors are also always open, the furnace's door is always closed (ugh). Both of them also have requirements Edgeville has the slim requirment of completing Varrock diary on any level while Neitiznot has some heftier requirements. Edgeville still requires armour?

The article (table) states that the Edgeville bank still requires wearing the Varrock armour. However, I seem to remember smithing there without wearing it, after the doors were removed. I cannot check this, not having membership at the moment. Can some member check, please? JalYt-Mej-Wynde 19:30, June 24, 2010 (UTC)

Players don't have to wear the armor, but it speeds smelting. As of now, that's the only furnace where players get the speed-up benefit for smelting. --User:Saftzie/Signature 12:26, March 13, 2011 (UTC)

Prifdinas Furnace

Can the page be updated to represent the addition of Prifdinas? While not the closest furnace to a bank it is notable to add that it currently is the closest furnace to an anvil.
