Yes, everything in it is F2P except for the green dragons.

Page says revenants don't poison, I just confirmed that the revenant dragon does, someone should edit the article to reflect this.

The trivia states that the dungeon is F2P since the EoC, but I have been there without member credit months or even a year before EoC.
