Actually the max hit of Fire Wave I found is 307 or more. This is in Kuradal's Dungeon with Full Slayer Helm and Ferocious ring plus Staff of Light.

Flames of Zamorak Edit

 No, although it is named "Flames" of Zamorak, it is not an elemental spell, it is a God Spell, and as such cannot be considered as a better fire spell. Melc Crystal 01:47, December 20, 2010 (UTC)
