Fastest?[]

What is the fastest way into the fairy ring system? Which bank or other teleport spot is closest? Hyenaste

One of the fastest ways that I find is Ring of Dueling to Castle Wars and then use the ring from there.Endasil 20:46, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

The fastest way I've found is the ring near edgeville, across the river. I used to glory tele to Draynor and then walk to the wizard's tower ring, but glory tele to edgeville is far superior. Chissey 05:48, 2 September 2007 (UTC

Another fast way, if you have 50 runecrafting, is to use a tele tab to the Runecrating Guild. Then, just exit the guild and walk behind the wizard tower. At only 15 tokens per tab, they are fairly cheap. Mjc3 06:35, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

There are fairy rings in the haunted woods, south of the allotment patches near Port Phasmatys. If someone knows the code for, please add it.

This is apparently a one-way fairy ring to Zanaris, thus it has no code.

It's suggested as a quick way to enter the fairy ring system in combination with the ectophial, but I think edgeville with a glory amulet is probably better. - Drevicko

If you don't want to have to use a glory charge up every time you go to teleport, you can just home teleport for free and then use a canoe up to edgeville. This is very fast as well since the canoe takes you just steps away from the ring

The Fastest way to a fairy ring is to teleport to the Relekka Slayer dungeon using a Ring of Slaying. One teleport is fairly cheap, basically the price of a gold bar divided by 8, and this puts you within 1 second of the fairy ring

Why is one way important? People keep mentioning it. And I think the reference to Haunted Woods being fastest needs to be removed, since there's no consensus and it doesn't make sense to me anyway. How is haunted woods fast at all? Mamabear47 07:40, December 7, 2009 (UTC)

I've found that the Kandarin Monastery tele from the Ardougne Achievement Diary is best, because it is free and pretty fast.Ergori 00:39, March 28, 2010 (UTC)

The Edgeville ring can also be accessed quickly using the ring of wealth to teleport to the Grand Exchange. Doggybix42 08:18, September 24, 2011 (UTC)

The fastest way to reach a fairy ring in my opinion nowadays is teleportation to the Fight Caves using a TokKul-Zo. Jozaia 24:50, May 29, 2012 (UTC)

One of the fastest, accesible to everyone and cheapest ways is to use your wicked hood to teleport to the first floor of the wizard tower. Then go down and run to the ring outside. Isn't this worth a mention in the article?

Turns?[]

What does it mean by "turns" (for those of us who haven't used the Fairy ring system) ^TIRRIAN_GANT ^(TALK) 16:28, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

The interface consists of three reels, with 4 mushroom like indicators with the letter on each reel. When you click a reel, the mushroom indicators shift to the left (basically the wheel turns clockwise). Clicking again will shift it to the next letter, etc. Thus, the "turns" category of the chart tells you how many times you have to click each reel, in order from left to right. It seems that the reels will now turn either clockwise or counter-clockwise depending on which side of the dial you click. Therefore we may want to change or get rid of the "turns" part of the table. --

usage[]

to use the fairy rings do you actually have to finish the quest (Fairy Tale Part II) or can you simply reach the part of the quest where you are allowed to use it? Death reap 21:34, 11 January 2009 (UTC)

You can use it without finishing it. I went over a year without finishing it because my Herblore level wasn't high enough.

Move BLQ[]

BLQ is not closed. Its a shortcut to dorgesh-kaan through bandos throne room. Ravomas

Closed before Chosen Commander. While it does lead somewhere eventually, it requires seperate transport out of Yu'biusk, ie the box.Ergori 00:37, March 28, 2010 (UTC)

More Fairy ring codes?[]

DLR is there. It is in the bottom section, Enclosed sections. All of the codes that go somewhere useful are in one part of the article, and the codes that go to useless locations are in another part. ----Liquid^Talk 03:32, February 20, 2010 (UTC)

Typo...[]
