Help me please

I got the first primed bar and I am trying to get the second one, I didn't understand well the instructions to recharge the machine (I am french actually and I got confused, this is a very tricky quest....)

The puzzle looks like this when I reset it, can you tell me what to do ?

Isn't it the left hand counter which breaks? I think I can see some sparks on the left. Assuming the tower is not spinning, you should follow the spin tower instructions. Stewbasic 17:11, September 25, 2011 (UTC)

OK, from the reset position, do:

3 B 6 A 5 E 6 B 5 E 6 C 2 A 3 B 2 E 6 C 4 B 2 E 6 C 2 E 5 B 6 F 2 C

That should raise the tower, allowing you to make your next bar. After this DO NOT reset. You will be able to make additional bars by repeating this sequence:

4 3 4 B C 3 (push big red button)

Thank you SO much to all of you, I finally finished the quest =D

Gotta say this is the 2nd worst quest i've done. (#1 being mournings end 2). Props to the guy who made this guide as i had no idea what i was doing and just pulled levers for half an hour. :P

Part D reset still looks like Part A Edit

Whenever I reset it, it always still looks like Part A, even though I've completed Part D (but there was no cutscene when I finished Part D, unlike Part C and A and maybe B). My quest log though, says I only unlocked two levels, maybe it means those those Part C and A cutscenes? Oh wait...When this guide says - EXCEPTION: Multi-level gears that have been unlocked will reset to their lowered, unlocked, position (first seen when they were unlocked)                                                       Does it mean the multi-level gears are those multi-layered boxes and they'd stay multi-layered when reset? At first I thought it meant that every box would stay in the same position it was in each step's picture. And are the step pictures showing them when that step is started or finished?
