I recently managed to speak to this haunting dwarf without use of cramulet/ghostspeak ammy. I've completed Morytania tasks up to Hard, which after one can speak to Port Phasmatys ghosts without need of specific amulet. I couldn't know if this is the very care for all or some, so on a sincer desire for other's confirmings if so, yes?
