I've found an altar that says "The altar seems unresponsive to your prayers" when used. Uploading image now. CPLstone 00:29, April 25, 2010 (UTC)
- Perhaps it has something to do with your Prayer level.

Possibly... I'm also F2P. Image is located at [[:File:Unresponsive altar.png]] CPLstone 00:33, April 25, 2010 (UTC)
I've used the same altar three times and each time the prayer it recharges lowers. Off the top of my head it was first 78, then 13, then 3, then it was unresponsive.99.35.42.109 18:22, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
Non-full prayer restoration
Edit
Oddly enough, whenever I use an altar since the prayer point update, it refills up to five points less than my maximum capacity. I'm 72 prayer, but it only fill my prayer up to 715 points - which is rather odd. I still have other prayer points left in reserve within the altar, but I can't top off my prayer for the last five points. Is this happening to other players? Is this based on where you dungeoneer, your prayer level, or what? Can I have some confirmation on this to ensure that I'm not losing my mind?
- All this is just guess work, but I believe it's exactly how it fuctioned before, it just wouldn't show you the small difference and would round up to maximum. The phenomena itself is a useful function since it prevents a recharch prayer point from being wasted when recharging. Your prayer points will have been xx5 before restoration, and since the altar is coded to only recharge in multiples of 10 (since this was how it was before update), it prevents a possible recharge of 10 from being wasted to recharge the less than 10 prayer points to your maximum. --
