It is easier to get a Bronze, Iron, and Steel Defender without a Ring of Wealth because they are not considered "Rare items" Edit

Is this true? I thought that the Ring of Wealth didn't increase the number of rare items received (and hence decrease the number of unrare items) it simply improved the quality of rare items you get... 23:09, 10 December 2008 (UTC)~

Um....Bronze, Iron, and Steel Defender are actually rare because if they were really common,you would obtain them often, but you don't.However, I don't think ring of wealth increases your chance of obtaining one defender. Powers38 ^おはようヾ(´･ω･｀)00:56, 11 December 2008 (UTC)

That was a coincidence. The rare drop table does not contain Defenders, so wearing a Ring of Wealth will not affect the chances of one being dropped, at all. 71.232.123.48 21:03, September 4, 2012 (UTC)

Level Requirements? Edit

In the trivia secton it says that the defenders have a lower level requirement than to enter the guild. It is possible to enter the guild with 1 defence, at which level you can't even wield a steel defender. 1800 si uy b 06:19, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

I was just killing em for a slayer task and I got all the way to rune in well under 500 tokens. I was wearing the ring of wealth. Did 5 Rune defenders in 480 tokens yesterday. It's pretty random how many you get since i've done 1k tokens before without getting a single rune.

Yeah, I recently went back for another slayer task and managed to get 3-4 rune defenders within my first few drops, and then didn't get any more for the rest of the task.Sk8r dan man 06:22, April 25, 2010 (UTC)

Guys, i think you need to realise, if you look at what the person says, she says "ONE cyclops has your defender" this means that if you kill each cyclops then you will get a defender. me personally i got all defenders and 5 rune defenders with about 600 tokens by using this rule ;) - Bowseeker2

Drop rate Edit

It seems to me as the higher level defender you have the harder it gets to get the next defender. When i got my bronze it took me 2 minutes to get it, then iron maybe 4 minutes, then steel maybe 10 minutes and black about 25 minutes. Could someone confirm this?
