I heard you need to kill something. i dunno what though, and i heard that you did need to complete the quest although wikia says no.

you need to complete the quest to weild dragon plate, ive borrowed plate, but it wont allow my to wear, the robes on the other hand i believe, you are able to wear without completing the quest, more info to folo.

You don't need to complete the quest to wear the robes. I bought it and I was able to use it, even tough i didn't even start the quest.--

- You need to finish What Lies Below and the Chaos Tunnels miniquest in order to wear the robes.

Is the magic attack bonus of +39 for the robe top or the whole set? and what are the other stats?
- +39 bonus is for the entire set (for both magic atk and def as well as summoning def)

I doubt the 500k is true, jagex don't allow the ge price to be less then alk value.
