Animation time

"The Cooking Skill cape with a duration of 14.2 seconds is the longest emote in RuneScape. " It can't be 14.2 because of the 0.6 second tick rune, it could either be 13.8 or 14.4 --CXgamer 20:29, March 25, 2010 (UTC)
