Shouldn't this be spelled as "über"? Strange name anyway... German for "above", "over" or "on top of". Might refer to the greatest players though. Fswe1Lore project•Fun gallery My quests•Cutscenes 14:11, March 25, 2011 (UTC)
It's spelt Uber since it was spelt like that on the RS dev blog. Winning444Talk 14:31, March 25, 2011 (UTC)
I am not so good at computers and I'm not sure how to edit things but I have just seen most probably the first one of these in RS ^^ the stats are 10 to all attack and 12 defence and 4.5 strength, and the emote takes up about a 5x5 square grid and you turn to a dragon and burn RS into the ground with your fire breath =o
...to whoever has this cape! I couldn't believe when I saw they added such things as Castle Wars and Mobilising Armies and whatnot. This cape is exactly what my vision of "completing RuneScape" has always been. I always figured I'd get around to killing chompies, or get around to raising my white knight rank after I was maxed, but I never imagined there would be help within the game to do it! ildly InsaneTalk • HS • Adv. The dragon kind of looks like Deathwing from wow ^^Ayla and Lucius 20:17, May 3, 2011 (UTC)
I'm not 100% sure the examine info is correct. I don't have the cape so I can't confirm this but on the youtube video above it states the examine info is something like 'We would pat you on the back, but the cape would get in the way'.Edmyg 09:43, May 4, 2011 (UTC)
Add link to trimmed version video by Castle Wars Edit
As said in the article, he's the only player that has "Fully" completed RS. In the video he's showing Emotes for all new capes including the Trimmed Completionist Cape.
Altough this cape is called is called completionist cape, you haven't REALY completed the game with all those requirements. I still miss the all skills 200m xp requirements :P. But i kinda understand why it isn't added to the requirements, cuss that's an achievement people can only dream about.
Yes. No-one is THAT maxed out. Kwekko 15:24, May 5, 2011 (UTC)
yet ;) we are less than 1 year from it being completed. 216.105.73.137 07:37, July 13, 2012 (UTC)
I added an image of the customizer for the cape. It is a screenshot taken from a youtube video. Can anyone with a cape of their own take screenshots of it? KwekkoTalk 17:52, May 7, 2011 (UTC)
The idea of the Completionist Cape was thought of long before Jagex stole it, retitled it, and gave no credit to the person (D2 Ultima) who posted the thread at 188-189-49-62431755.
It's an idea almost everyone could have thought of. Besides, the subject of the thread is better stats for the Quest Cape, nothing to do with completionist cape. KwekkoTalk 05:38, June 10, 2011 (UTC)
Is every mini-quest (*) really required? The only one it told me I had to complete was the Clarence (Admittedly, I had done a lot of them, but there were others like the Ivandis Flail that I haven't maxed out). Is it possible to get a more definitive version of what is required?
I suppose you're talking about miniquests, not minigames? KwekkoTalk 13:56, June 25, 2011 (UTC)
Whoops, total mind-blank there! Sorry. Yes, Mini-Quests.
I'll check when I'm in Varrock. I'm a member and play for some time, but I didn't complete a lot of miniquests. KwekkoTalk 05:39, June 27, 2011 (UTC)
I think it only requires some. Because it doesn't say I need any of them, and I certainly haven't done all on the miniquests page. We'll see if it says anything else after I get max stats. HaloTalk 13:57, July 18, 2011 (UTC)
I have seen about a dozen people so far that have a completionist cape, but none that have the trimmed version. Feedback: Is the trimmed version worth all those individual tasks or not? Possibly only one person in runescape can wear the trimmed cape at this very moment.
Uhh, how many people have a trimmed completionist cape? the only person ik who has one is Castle Wars
Judgeing by the high scores only 262 people have won 5000 Castle Wars games so a maximum of 262 people have it.82.39.191.165 12:38, July 18, 2011 (UTC)
We do not know at the moment whether how many players own a trimmed completionist cape, however there is one player that we all know who owns one. Look at the requirements for a trimmed one-it should be very difficult, so I'd say probably less than 10 players. SpineTalk 12:46, July 18, 2011 (UTC)
Since I totally have nothing better to do with my time...I checked the hiscores of those 262 players. Castle Wars and Doctor 46 are the only current people to meet all of the checkable requirements. I'll try and see if Doctor 46 has one, but we know Castle Wars does for sure. HaloTalk 13:41, July 18, 2011 (UTC)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8UHor2sPpc Here we see Doctor 46's untrimmed comp, but considering that it's now 2 and a half months down the road, he may have it trimmed. HaloTalk 13:49, July 18, 2011 (UTC)
I may have misunderstood, but the way I read it was that you'd have to PLAY 5000 Castle Wars games as opposed to WIN 5000. Presumably this would hugely increase the number of potential cape-wearers. Nytik 08:48, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
erm... what happens when another update comes by? like the recent temple trekking revamp, making another requirement Qazwsx753421 04:03, August 20, 2011 (UTC)
Check the highscores at the bottom of this page for a complete list. Currently 30 people have it as of Feb 26th, 2012.
Why are the following listed as requirements? Edit
I was wondering why these are listed as requirements for the Completionist cape:
"Obtained full Ghostly Robes" (this is also a requirement to earn all Varrock museum Kudos and theirfore is listed twice)
"Unlocked use of the Abyss" (You need to have done this to complete all quests anyway {Devious minds requires it and this requirement is therefore listed twice})Mu695 08:00, August 11, 2011 (UTC)
You are right about the ghostly robes, so I'll remove that requirement. However it is possible to complete Devious minds without accessing the Abyss (by using a Law altar teleport). Dimchordtalk 11:10, February 15, 2012 (UTC)
Finding Philipe is not a requirement. Why does someone keep adding it?
CW Requirement for Trimmed Completionist Cape Edit
Other than a few skills, I'm looking at getting trimmed completionist cape. Call me mad, call me insane. Anyway, is there a more specific criteria for 'playing' a castle wars game? Do you just have to enter the game and then exit, or does it need to be completed from start to finish? Alternatively, can you start half way and go through to the end, and then world hop and start another game half-way in? (I don't want to spend 6 months on it unless I have to...)
Firstly, you're mad, secondly please sign your posts and thirdly thier is only 1 player confirmed to have a trimmed completionist cape so you'll be better off trying to PM him (his RSN is Castle Wars).Mu695 20:05, September 5, 2011 (UTC)
as most people know, castle wars was mainly known as the only person with a trimmed completionist cape.
when i was doing pest control, i saw ANOTHER person with a trimmed cape, his name was ng min teck, he sometimes has his private to on, so you can pm him to confirm him having a trimmed cape.
Why does it say that 401 Rank is needed? Don't you need just 300 Rank to access all MA rewards? Zeta90009 18:42, October 15, 2011 (UTC)
True, but when you get a rank of 400+ you are able to invest more during MA matches and get a higher reward. Dimchordtalk 11:16, February 15, 2012 (UTC)
I suggest listing the requirements alphabetically, that way they're easier to check and navigate. BTW, is there any reason as to why they are listed the way they are listed? Sal 06:33, December 2, 2011 (UTC)
I guess they are listed that way in-game. KwekkoTalk 15:13, December 2, 2011 (UTC)
If you talk to a archeaologist of the varrock museum about Dahmaroc they will say that he never did anything that involved combat but since the comp cape is his cape it sounds like he was one of the greatest fighter and skiller of all times. So is he a fighter or an explorer?
A skiller. Why would he be a fighter? The completionist cape isn't primarily involved with combat, though it has nice stats. KwekkoTalk 13:27, January 7, 2012 (UTC)
I think that I broke it but not sure how to fix (bit about fight kiln has merged with the one about Thallasus in Completionist cape section) Sorry Duck171 20:11, February 14, 2012 (UTC)
( -- I am sorry if this is not allowed, but there has been alot of confusion as to how many people really have a trim. This was posted on the hlf and I felt everyone should be able to see it. Please remove this if it breaks any of the wiki rules -- )
Trimmed completionist highscores:
Total amount of users: 31 (As of April 15, 2012)
First player to trim: Castle wars
Total amount of users that didn't AFK/loaf the CW games with a trim: 6 (Users with 2 stars next to there names)
should this still be listed under the Trimmed version due to the addition of the mort Task of using the ghast familiar that requires you to get all 6 to 99 to unlock the ghast? Batosithepk2 23:15, March 27, 2012 (UTC)
I agree, it's redundant. Removed it.--Wardje 14:39, April 5, 2012 (UTC)
I've added that because people do call it a Comp Cape, but someone deleted it. What's so wrong with adding AKA Comp Cape in the info? Metallicanrana 06:59, June 5, 2012 (UTC)
Does the cape allow access to the aforementioned guilds in a fashion similar to the skillcapes? I think it was planned during development, but I haven't seen a confirmation of this. dictature 17:19, July 8, 2012 (UTC)
Part of the Varrock Tasks 3, which it requires, is that you may enter the guild without needing to wear anything. As for the crafting guild idk.
I saw a player using a completionist cape in dungeoneering here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1-XL4cSoAE. Is this a bug? Is this intended? Is this just a cosmetic squeal outfit? 152.3.43.148 19:31, December 14, 2012 (UTC)
Because killing the QBD is now a requirement for obtaining all Kudos, should we remove the explicit requirement from the untrimmed cape's requirements? 128.237.132.189 21:15, April 24, 2013 (UTC)
What does the in-game list say when you try to touch the cape? I think we should go with that04ismailjj6 (talk) 22:16, April 24, 2013 (UTC)
List of things that aren't needed for cape but are still notable?Edit
I noticed the official wiki has a list of notable things that aren't needed for the cape.
^^Those are the ones form the official wiki and there are probably a few more. Does anyone think we should add them?04ismailjj6 (talk) 22:08, April 24, 2013 (UTC)
Only add things to the list that are actually required to obtain the cape. Remember the Official wiki can also be edited by anyone, so that info isn't necessarily right. Thejman 22:25, April 24, 2013 (UTC)
