Maxmimum charges

At the moment it seems that maximum charges are actually 5 under the claimed value. I wasn't able to use a divine charge at 197,000 charges when my max was 200,000, but at 196,995 it worked for a total of 199,995. This could be a rounding error but I'm just throwing this up here.
