[edit] What does to IP mean?

I've seen many pro-cwers say that someone "IP's" when he/she took the flag faster than the others from the ground. What does that mean? Is it legal? How can you do it (if it's legal)?

An IP keeps changing it to say that melee flag holders can't attack. They can attack; just with lower attack power. If you want to argue that, argue it here. Why can't they attack? JalYt-Xil-Vimescarrot 16:20, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

This paragraph is a little off base and repeats some stuff already said in the document. I'm not saying the paragraph should be deleted, it has useful information in it, it just needs to be editede a little bit to exclude already stated information and organize the information in the paragraph to seperate paragraphs to make it easier to read. —Wafflecake2 (talk • contribs) forgot to sign this comment on 14:24, June 28, 2007 UTC.

anyone know what this actually does? Take the flag? under what condititions can you take from someone?

I know this seems unlikely, but I remember a loooong time ago I played against some guys who had on skill capes in Castle Wars instead of the default Saradomin or Zamorak capes. I realize this is highly unlikely, but just wondering if anyone else seen something like it? Shafez

  They got in by Noclip glitching. It's when a player can walk through wall and such.

[edit] Barricades

Like the article says, I have noticed that some people randomly attack the barriers that will prevent the other team from making a quick escape from the fourth floor of our castle with the flag. When I first saw this, I simply thought that they wanted to go downstairs, but once the barrier was gone, they just went back to their spot on the far corner of the roof (really useful, huh?). It seems like they either want to sabotage the team or their macho pride makes them think that they shouldn't have to have barriers because they can 1-hit anybody.
