[edit] Grand Tree, not Tree Gnome Stronghold

The name on the ballooning map is Grand Tree and it is the name used in the RuneScape Knowledge Base. The Tree Gnome Stronghold is a large city and the balloon landing site is very close to the entrance of Grand Tree. Therefore, the Grand Tree would be a better destination name than Tree Gnome Stronghold as it gives a more specific area. A lot of airplane airports are actually far away from the city limits of the city they are named after, but this balloon landing site is just outside the main entrance of the Grand Tree. [edit] Noted payments for Balloon trips?

Anyone knows if it is possible to pay for balloon trips with noted logs? --Miw 08:22, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

The only way to find out, is to try it, unfortunatly I have nowhere near the farming level needed for the quest, so I'm out of that Marcus Gord 10:32, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
One of my things to do when i log on again. Other work to do atm. --Miw 11:42, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
Darn, noted logs cannot be used as payment for balloons. --Miw 21:16, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
That makes perfect sense. After all the operator (seems not you) has to burn it. -- rivi2002hk 01:42, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Name

It is listed as Balloon Transport System , not Balloon Transportation System, as a reward of the Enlightened Journey quest. The Knowledge Base lists it as Hot Air Balloons. Reverting back to Balloon Transport System as that is the name Jagex calls it. Chrislee33 12:14, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Incomprehensible

This makes no sense to me.

"Two locations are available after the Enlightened Journey quest. The other 4 locations are available after completing this miniquest"

What miniquest opens up the other 4 locations, and if "the Enlightened Journey Quest" opens up the other 4, what opens up the original 2? KDI000 08:49, 3 October 2008 (UTC)

Gimme a sec, I'll go make it more understandable--Varthlokkur 09:43, 3 October 2008 (UTC)
