Level 90 requirement is for Tirannwyn elite task, not hard task[]
I have looked through the level requirements of the hard tasks, and the only one with an attack level is 70 attack (for killing an Iorwerth elf with a crystal dagger while the Voice of Seren is active). There is an elite tast which requires the player to make a level 90 achievment cape in Priffdinas. The entry for level 90 should be changed to state that it is needed for an elite task.
