It will probably be at least partially F2P since they say "around the map". There may be a portion of it that's P2P (probably the turkeys in costumes if anything).

If this big turkey bug really is a bug then I can be banned? Also aren't bugs classified as things that can hurt other players and give you an advantage?

You have a good definition there of what Jagex considers a bug, in terms of rule four. However, the way that "bug" is used here just means that there is something wrong in the coding, somewhere, that allows your character to take on the appearance of a giant turkey. If it was possible, say, to duplicate an item or attack another player (outside of a PvP area) by doing this glitch, then there might be a chance that you might get banned, but don't worry; I don't think you can be banned for something like this, as it is purely a graphical glitch. the glitch about becoming a giant turkey hasnt been fixed!!
