Swarming turoths are Turoths summoned by the Mightiest turoth while battling it during the Desert Slayer Dungeon (miniquest). Like all turoths, they are immune to attacks not dealt by a Leaf-bladed spear, a Leaf-bladed sword, Broad arrows, Broad-tipped bolts, or the Magic Dart spell. They are stun immune.

The recommended strategy is to ignore these and concentrate on killing the Mightiest turoth. Once the Mightiest turoth is dead, the Swarming turoths will also die.

The Swarming turoths will only respawn if they are killed. Be aware that these do count toward your slayer assignment if you have a turoth task, but give very little experience, so avoid killing them if you want a higher experience per task rate.

Swarming turoths drop bones and nothing else.
