Suspicious outsiders are attackable NPCs seen wandering in several locations in RuneScape. They were added on 26 November 2008 during the While Guthix Sleeps update, along with the Shady strangers.

There are two suspicious outsiders: one near Miss Schism in Draynor Village, and the other south-east of Draynor bank.

The suspicious outsiders cannot be defeated through conventional methods. When the outsider is low in Life Points, he will teleport after saying: "Uh oh, time to go!"
