Super strength potions are made by mixing clean kwuarm and limpwurt root in a vial of water, giving 125 Herblore experience. It requires level 55 Herblore to make. Super strength potions are popular for player killing, boss monster fights such as the Giant Mole, and general training.

Super strength potions temporarily raise the Strength level by 5-19 (5 + 15% of Strength level, rounded down).
