Super strength detail

Super strength potions are made by mixing clean kwuarm and then a limpwurt root in a vial of water, giving 125 Herblore experience. It requires level 55 Herblore to make. Super strength potions are popular for player killing, boss monster fights such as the Giant Mole, slayer or just general melee training.

They are used as an ingredient in Extreme strength potions along with a Clean dwarf weed at level 89 Herblore.

Super strength potions temporarily raise the Strength level by 2-13 (2 + 12% of Strength level, rounded down).
