Super energy potions are made by mixing Clean avantoe and then Mort myre fungi in a vial of water, giving 117.5 Herblore experience. It requires level 52 Herblore. It is a fast method to train Herblore although this method can be very expensive.
Super Energy (3) is also an ingredient for Adrenaline potion.
Based on the Grand Exchange Market Watch prices, the current cost to purchase clean avantoe, mort myre fungus, and vial of water would be 4,905 coins. The loss made by selling 3-dose super energy potions made using the ingredients bought from the Grand Exchange would be -2,158 coins.
Super energy potions recover 40 energy points of the run energy per dose. Before the Run energy upgrade on 9 June 2009, super energy potions only restored 20 energy points of the run energy. The potion's market price experienced a large drop in market price after the release of Rest feature on that day. After the High-level Herblore Potions update, their prices shot up because the 3-dose Super Energy potions are needed for the Adrenaline potion potion.

Flask Edit
This potion can be made into a Super energy flask by using at least six doses of it with a Potion flask. Players do not need a specific level to turn potions into flasks.

An update on 1 February 2010 caused a decrease in the value of mint cake, making them a viable alternative to super energy potions since they restore 100% energy in just one click.
TriviaEdit
- Unlike most "super" potions, this potion's tertiary ingredient is different from its "normal" counterpart. Energy potions use Chocolate dust, whereas this potion uses Mort Myre fungi.
