Super antipoison potions are made by mixing clean irit and ground unicorn horn in a vial of water, giving 106.3 Herblore experience. It requires level 48 Herblore. Super antipoison potions cure poison, and provide a longer immunity than regular antipoison potions. They reduce poison damage by 100% for 346 seconds.
A one-dose vial of this potion can be found on the floor of a worn-down house in the small goblin settlement north-east of the Observatory, south of Greasycheeks, Smellytoes, and Creakyknees. It respawns once every 49 seconds.
Since 7 February 2012 players will get a warning in their chatbox when the potion is about to wear off: "Your resistance to poison is about to expire". Then they will get another message when it has worn off, approximately 15 seconds after the initial warning: "Your resistance to poison has expired". This allows you to keep track of how long you have until you have to drink again.

Flask Edit
This potion can be made into a Super antipoison flask by using at least six doses of it with a Potion flask. Players do not need a specific level to turn potions into flasks.
Production costsEdit
This table is based on the Grand Exchange prices of a vial of water, the irit, and Unicorn horn dust. It is accurate assuming all three items are bought from the Grand Exchange and the Super antipoison is sold afterwards.
