A Summoning cape can be purchased for 99,000 coins from Pikkupstix in Taverley by players who have achieved level 99 Summoning. It is the Cape of Accomplishment for the Summoning skill. Summoning capes are pale blue in colour, and have a gold trim if the player has more than one level 99 skill. Currently, Summoning capes are the third most uncommon cape after the Construction and Runecrafting capes, predominantly due to relatively massive amounts of money (40.3M-321.1M) and combat means needed to achieve level 99 in Summoning. Call Frank is currently the only Summoning pure to achieve 99 Summoning at 40 combat; the lowest combat level so far. He has acquired this by collecting crimson charms as his LootShare partner used Ice Burst/Ice Barrage on Rock Lobsters. No one has achieved 99 Summoning at the lowest combat possible of 15 however.
The cape's emote was changed on 25 February 2009 because it clashed with many other items of clothing and made the player invisible.[1]
[edit] Untrimmed
Most players that achieved 99 Summoning already have a skill at 99, meaning that they would most likely have to create a pure of some sort and spend hours upon hours making money and gathering charms for the untrimmed version.
