Studded Chaps (t) are low-level ranged armour. They are obtained from the 1st level of Treasure Trails, or via purchase on the Grand Exchange or directly from other players. They give the same bonuses as normal studded chaps, and as such are usually only purchased by wealthy low-levelled pures. This armour may sometimes be used as "item value fodder" when in PvP worlds, as the price of this one armour is approximately 22,000 coins, a little bit less than that of the Free-to-play Items Kept On Death limit. This allows low-levelled pures to get decent drops from PvP kills, as they will be risking more gold's worth of equipment.
Unlike many other leather items, this cannot be made using the crafting skill.
