The Strong woodcutting urn (r) is created by using an earth rune on a Strong woodcutting urn (nr) , which requires 61 crafting. It can be used to collect woodchips while cutting trees (does't work with ivy) that require level 75 Woodcutting or lower. Once it starts to get filled, it becomes a Strong woodcutting urn.
