Strong weapon poison is a one dose poison only available in the Dungeoneering skill. This potion is used to poison weapons and starts at 68 damage.
It is made by adding Winter's grip and Firebreath whiskey to a Vial of water. This requires level 87 Herblore and grants 205.5 experience in that skill. This potion can only made in dungeons with complexity level ≥5.
After the Evolution of Combat, Strong Weapon Poison has a left-click 'Apply' option, which uses the potion and after which your character has a chance to poison an opponent. The poison effect lasts a certain amount of time after which you will need to use another dose of it to start poisoning opponents again.
This potion is currently not working when attempting to poison arrows.
