A Steel kiteshield is the third weakest kiteshield. A player with 42 Smithing can make the shield by using three steel bars on an anvil while carrying a hammer, granting 112.5 Smithing experience. Steel kiteshields are a common drop from moss giants. They can also be purchased at Cassie's Shield Shop in Falador and at Seddu's Adventurer Store in Nardah.
