Steel gauntlets (not to be confused with Steel gloves, obtained from the Culinaromancer's Chest, or the quest item of the same name) are a reward that can be purchased with tokens from the Fist of Guthix minigame. Unlike normal Fist of Guthix equipment, they discharge by using them on Reggie or on death. They can only be traded when completed uncharged and require 5 defence to wear. They require 8 Fist of Guthix tokens to recharge.

Note: On death, they will be uncharged when you keep them. But they can be completely lost as any other item!
