The Steel axe is an axe stronger than the iron axe. It can be used in combat or in woodcutting to cut trees. Players can make a steel axe with the smithing skill at level 31 using 1 steel bar, giving the player 37.5 smithing experience. Players can purchase this axe from Bob's Brilliant Axes in Lumbridge.
Sometimes, trees will randomly turn into Ents. If you continually chop at an Ent tree, the result will be a broken axe.
It can be fixed at Bob's Brilliant Axes in Lumbridge for free.
