Statius's platelegs are part of Statius's Equipment, and is obtained by killing another player on a PvP world. It is an extremely rare drop.
These platelegs came out within the PvP worlds update. The corrupt version requires 20 Defence and lasts for 15 minutes of having it equipped, and the non-corrupt version requires 78 Defence and lasts 1 hour of combat.
