Statius's full helm is part of Statius's Equipment, and is obtained by killing players on a PvP world.
This helmet came out within the PvP worlds update.
The corrupt version requires 20 Defence and lasts for 15 minutes of wielding. The non-corrupt version requires 78 Defence and lasts 1 hour of combat.
This is the best helmet available in terms of defence bonus, and has the same (+3) strength bonus as the Berserker helm and the Helm of Neitiznot.
