Square sandwich is a food item that used to be given by the Sandwich lady, following the random event. It can also be obtained as rare loot from the Ardougne Bakery stall. When eaten, the player will recover 60 lifepoints. If another item was chosen instead of the item mentioned, the player would be teleported to a remote area.

Since this item cannot be obtained easily people do not tend to use this as a food source. It cannot be placed in a cornucopia.

The Square sandwich cannot be noted, though it can be banked unlike many other special rewards items such as a the xp lamp and the reward box.
