The spirit measure is given to you by Gypsy Aris during Dimension of Disaster: Demon Slayer to locate the guardians of silverlight:
When you scan with the spirit measure, it will tell you what direction the signal is strongest in. As you get closer to one of the spirits, "Woo!"s will appear in your chatbox, with more "Woo!"s meaning you are closer.
